Well being
hi all my blog readers. today, i want to tell you about my well being in over a month and so. i haven't been healthy for some reason, the weather, working pressure, the food i consumed and the expectancy to excel. the weather nowadays is sunny in the early morning until 3 to 4 pm, while rain almost every late evening until dawn. so i will get wet almost everyday back from work. this month has seen a lot of up and down in working matter. i wish not to further discuss as i think it will only add more negativity than positive in the future. in the meantime, i developed a bad eating habit which see me consumed more junk food including a lot of coke's and pepsi vice versa. also, chocolate almost every night before went to bed. the day before yesterday, i ate 2 plate of nasi lemak + 2 fried eggs + 2 boiled eggs for breakfast, none at lunch, then i ate 3 sweet donuts and few other kuihs at tea time and 'all i can eat' during having my dinner. yesterday, pizza and 2 plate of fried noodles in the morning, none for lunch, 3 kinds of kuihs couldn't remember how many i had inside, while dinner, i had only few lauk with rice then before sleep, bread and chocolate. today i didn't had my breakfast because i woken up almost midday. had chicken curry with rice for lunch, fried bananas, keropok lekor and curry puff at tea break and chicken curry with rice again + fish for dinner. and after doing a lot of thinking to post this new entry, i started to feel hungry, yet again.
